The Rostock Zen Group has been meeting since 1999 and is open to everybody interested in the practice of Zen. We are a friendly little group situated in the heart of the quiet Old Town. We are united by the spirit of Zen practice, which surrounds and embraces all opposites.
The group is incorporated in the Association Zen Internationale (AZI), which was founded by Master Deshimaru in 1970 and to which around 300 dojos belong worldwide.

How to get there
The dojo is in a Dance Theatre in the Eastern part of the Old Town of Rostock. Walk from the Neuer Markt in the direction of the Nikolaikirche. The Dance Theatre is at the right of the big square before you reach the church - on the first floor over the former “Backshop”.
